Have you ever seen the phrase “other duties as assigned” in a job description? Welcome to the world of David Arwood, Senior Account Specialist at ACS Technologies! David joined ACST in 2010 after a 14 year career at IBM and has worked mostly in Support, with a tour of duty in Ministry Success(where he still helps out from time to time) as well. David’s main focus these days is Ministry Platform and MissionInsite, but still has a soft spot in his heart for ACS People Suite-you never forget your first love!
David’s other duties(side hustles, as he calls them) include updating customer records in our internal systems, employee training, after hours support, and occasionally getting to visit ministry partners onsite. When not helping ministry partners, David can be found serving as the public address voice of the Florence Christian School Eagles, a ministry of the Florence Baptist Temple(an ACST client) where he teaches Sunday School and sings in the choir.
