Kim Simmons spent 28 years managing projects in the financial services industry and 7 years leading the guest services team at a multi-site church, where she developed a deep appreciation for church operations and stewardship. Now serving as Customer Stewardship Manager at Smart Church Solutions, Kim leads a team that supports churches through onboarding, training, and ongoing customer care. She draws on her firsthand experience as an eSPACE user to help clients more effectively steward their facilities and resources.
Kim recently relocated to Tennessee with her husband of 37 years. They have two adult sons, a collection of grandpets, and she enjoys crafting, reading, and spending time outdoors.
