With 25 years at ACST, Pam brings deep institutional knowledge and a passion for ministry-centered product design to her role as ChMS Portfolio Manager and Realm Product Manager. She leads the Realm portfolio with a focus on creating solutions that empower churches to thrive. Pam believes that thoughtful product design directly supports the Church’s mission and equips teams to create meaningful Kingdom impact every day. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and gardening and volunteers regularly at her local church.
