With over a decade of experience at ACST, I have built my career around supporting clients and driving organizational growth. I began as a Support Representative, working directly with customers to solve problems and ensure their success. This hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of client needs and the importance of delivering reliable, high-quality service.

Recognizing opportunities to improve how new clients were onboarded, I went on to create and develop the company’s Implementation Team from the ground up. In this role, I established processes, built a strong team, and helped streamline the transition from sales to long-term customer success. My work has focused on improving efficiency, enhancing the customer experience, and setting the foundation for scalable growth.
