My name is Thomas Standish, and I am from Sumter, South Carolina. I am a senior at Francis Marion University pursuing a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems with a concentration in Systems Management, where I have developed a strong interest in technology, analytics, and solving complex problems through data-driven thinking. I enjoy learning new technologies, improving processes, and continuously expanding my technical skills as I prepare for a full time career. On the outside of work and school I love spending quality time with family and friends. I love listening to all kinds of music, exploring nature, playing/watching sports, and just trying to give any and everyone around me a reason to smile.

During my internship at Vanco Payment Solutions, I have gained hands-on experience supporting software quality assurance through testing, troubleshooting, and validating applications while contributing to multiple projects across the organization. Working on a variety of initiatives has introduced me to areas of technology and software development that I never imagined exploring, broadening my perspective and strengthening my analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and passion for continuous learning.
