My journey began in civil engineering, where I learned to appreciate the value of a strong foundation and thoughtful design. I later made the transition into the IT industry and grew through roles in application development, production support, operations management, quality analysis, and now product management. That blend of engineering discipline and technology experience continues to shape how I approach my work. As Product Manager for the payment processing engine, I focus on helping ensure donations and gifts are processed securely, accurately, and with zero downtime. Outside of work, I enjoy giving back to my community by volunteering with the school PTO and serving as a substitute Sunday school teacher at my church.
