Donna Howell has spent more than three decades at ACST helping churches and faith-based organizations get the most value from their technology. As COO of the Non-Profit division, she leads the teams responsible for the full customer experience after the sale — onboarding, support, training, and bookkeeping operations — with a focus on making sure every customer relationship is set up to last. A graduate of Lander University with a degree in Computer Science, Donna pairs strong operational discipline with a genuine commitment to the people and organizations she serves. As ACST continues to invest in its people and customers, Donna focuses on building an operations experience that grows alongside them.
