The MinistrySmart Conference is a three-day, in-person event designed to equip and empower ministry leaders through expert-led sessions, hands-on learning experiences, and collaborative discussions.

Get a head start before the main event! On October 20th, join us for a full day of immersive, hands-on sessions designed to deepen your expertise and maximize your impact. These intensive workshops provide focused learning in a collaborative setting, setting you up for success before the conference even begins!

It is recommended you build you your agenda out before the conference. Your session choice will reserve your seat in that classroom which is subject to capacity limitations. When the final agenda is released, you will receive an email will instructions on how to build your agenda.

The MinistrySmart Conference in Nashville is an in-person event this year. Sessions will not be recorded or live-streamed. We encourage attendees to join us in person to take full advantage of the sessions, networking opportunities, and hands-on learning experiences.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Should you find yourself unable to attend the MinistrySmart Conference 2025, we will offer a refund under the following conditions:

1. Requests to cancel on or before September 9, 2025, will receive a full refund.  Requests to cancel from September 10 - October 3 are eligible for a partial refund minus a $99 administration fee. Requests made from October 4 or beyond are not eligible for a refund, credits to your account, or outstanding balances on your account. Please note, that canceling your registration for the conference will not cancel hotel reservations at the Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown, please be sure to follow the procedures needed to cancel your hotel room, if applicable.
  
2. Refund requests can be submitted via email at msconference@acst.com. They must include relevant details such as the ticket order number, event details, and reason for the refund request (please attach your original receipt).

3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 15 business days of approval.

4. Please note that we will allow you to transfer a fully paid ticket to another registrant up to 1 time. The transfer must be submitted in writing and sent to msconference@acst.com.

• Embassy Suites Nashville: $52.00/daily for MinistrySmart Conference attendees, valet only (this rate represents a negotiated rate for conference attendees only)
• Self Parking Options for Embassy guests within 3 blocks of hotel up to $35/daily
• For attendees not staying at the Embassy: First Baptist Nashville: Paid Parking - In each lot, there are signs with QR codes that you scan after you park to be able to pay on your phone. This location is 3 blocks from the venue.

If you have registered and paid for your ticket you can submit a request for substitution of another person on your team by emailing the MinstrySmart Conference Team.

You can log in and update your ticket type. If there is a price difference you will be prompted to pay at the end. If there is refund due please email the MinistrySmart Conference Team and we will process the refund.
